# Admina AI Helpdesk: Launching May 2026

> Admina AI Helpdesk automates IT helpdesk operations. The AI agent responds to employee inquiries and guides them through Playbook-defined steps to resolution.

On April 6, 2026, MoneyForward i announced the upcoming launch of Admina AI Helpdesk in May 2026.

Admina AI Helpdesk is a service where an AI agent handles IT helpdesk operations on behalf of the IT team. It responds to employee inquiries and guides them through Playbook-defined steps. A self-learning capability continuously improves response accuracy. Each interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the next response more accurate.

## Conversational support

The AI engine understands the intent behind employee requests and guides them to resolution through dialogue. An employee might ask to reset a forgotten password or request a new-hire account. The agent asks clarifying questions and guides them through the matching Playbook.

This is not a simple FAQ lookup — the agent adapts to the flow of the conversation and handles multi-step requests.

## Self-learning capability

The system detects gaps and inconsistencies in the knowledge base from daily conversation data. It generates Playbook improvement proposals for administrators to review. Applying a proposal is always a manual step, so administrators stay in control while accuracy improves through use.

Patterns from frequently asked questions shape future proposals.

## Escalation

When a Playbook cannot resolve an inquiry, the agent escalates it to a staff member. For routine requests such as password resets and account provisioning, the agent delivers a guided first response. This means fewer inquiries reach IT staff from scratch.

## Launch schedule
