      ## General Availability

      Admina AI Helpdesk is now available to all users. Employees can submit requests through Slack, Teams, or LINE WORKS without adopting a new tool. The AI agent creates tickets, delivers a first response, and escalates to a staff member when needed. Admina MCP server integration lets the agent reference IT asset data. It also generates Playbook improvement proposals based on each conversation.

      ## Admina AI Helpdesk Launching May 2026

      Admina AI Helpdesk is scheduled for release in May 2026, bringing automated IT helpdesk support to all users. The AI agent responds to employee inquiries and guides them through Playbook-defined steps to resolution. The system learns from conversation data, proposing knowledge updates for administrators to review and apply.
