# ServiceNow

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to ServiceNow

On the [ServiceNow website](https://www.servicenow.com/).
Click the person icon in the upper right, then enter your email address and password to log in.

### How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to ServiceNow, part of the URL serves as the **workspace key**. Save it for later.

## Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for **ServiceNow**.

Enter any **workspace name (e.g., your company name)**, the **workspace key** obtained in the previous step.
Your **ServiceNow login email address and password**, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with ServiceNow is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the integration does not complete successfully.
Go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click **Edit**, and try connecting again.
