This section describes a series of steps from administrator login to Docbase from the Admina by Money Forward to the integration method. ## Advance Preparation ### How to log in to Docbase Enter your e-mail address and password on [the Docbase login page](https://docbase.io/users/sign_in) to log in. Docbase login screen ## How to get the workspace key After logging in to Docbase, click the team you want to collaborate with from **▼ to the team** on the upper right. The start page is in Japanese only. Team selection Go to the team page. **A part of the URL will be the workspace key**, so copy it. https\://**`{workspace key}`**.docbase.io Workspace key confirmation ## How to get an access token Click the ⚙ mark on your **profile picture** in the menu at the bottom left of the screen, then click **Create Access Token**. Access token creation menu Go to the token creation screen. For the name, enter a name that shows the **purpose, place of use, etc.**, and click **Create**. The scope and expiration date are arbitrary. If left blank, the expiration date will be indefinite. Token creation screen The **access token** will be displayed, so copy it. Access token display ## Integration setup Search with **Docbase** on the integration screen of the Admina by Money Forward. Search in integration screen Enter the **workspace key and access key** obtained in the previous step, and click **Link**. Enter integration information If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete normally, **edit** it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again.
