# Insightly

> How to integrate with Insightly. This explains how to get your API key and region, then complete the integration.

## Prerequisites

### Getting an API key

1. Log in to [Insightly](https://login.insightly.com/).

2. Click the avatar icon at the top right of the screen, then select **User Settings**.

3. On the **User Settings** screen, in the **API** section, check the API key shown next to **Your API key is**. Also check the URL shown next to **Your API URL is**. The subdomain in this URL is your region. For example, if the URL is `https://api.na1.insightly.com/v3.1/`, your region is `na1`. ## Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for **Insightly**.

2. Enter a workspace name (optional) and the API key from the previous step. Enter the region you checked, then click **Connect**.

3. Once the integration with Insightly succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn't complete successfully, first try the steps in [Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations](/en/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble).
