# SmartDB

> Steps to integrate with SmartDB.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to SmartDB

Access the SmartDB login URL and enter the SmartDB system administrator's email address and password to log in.

### How to Find the Workspace Key

**Part of the SmartDB login URL is the workspace key.**

### How to Obtain the Access Key

After logging in to SmartDB, open the menu from the user icon in the upper right, and click **System Administration**.

From the administration panel side menu, navigate to **Authentication & Security > System Token**.

The **system token is your access key**.

#### \[Creating a New Token]

Click **+ Issue** in the upper right corner.

Enter any **name** (e.g. your company name) and click **Save**.

A **system token** will be issued — copy and save it.

#### \[Using an Existing System Token]

Click the **name** of the system token you want to use from the list.

You will be taken to the following screen — copy and save the system token.

## Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for **SmartDB**.

Enter the **workspace key and access key** obtained in the previous steps, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with SmartDB is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click **Edit**, and try connecting again.
