# Freshcaller

> Freshcaller integration instructions: log in, obtain the workspace key and API key, then configure the settings in Admina.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In

Go to the [Freshcaller login page](https://login.freshworks.com/email-login/) and enter your email address and password to log in.

### How to Confirm the Workspace Key

After logging in to Freshcaller, check the URL. **Part of the URL** is the **workspace key**.

For example, in `https://moneyforwardi.freshcaller.com/`, the workspace key is **moneyforwardi**.

### How to Obtain the API Key

Click the **icon in the upper right** > **Personal Settings**.

Go to **API** > **API DETAILS FOR PHONE**. The **Your API Key** field contains the API key to use.

## Integration Setup

On the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for **Freshcaller**.

Enter any **workspace name**, along with the **workspace key** and **API key** obtained in the previous steps, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the integration does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click **Edit**, and try connecting again.
