# Nicereply

> How to integrate with Nicereply. This explains the full process, from getting an API token through to completing the integration.

## Prerequisites

### Getting your API token

1. After logging in to [Nicereply](https://admin.nicereply.com/), select **Your profile** from the account menu at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Select **API Tokens**, enter any name for **Name**, then click **CREATE**.

3. The API token is shown immediately after creation. It is shown only once, so be sure to copy and save it now.

## Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for **Nicereply**.

2. Enter your Nicereply login email address into **Email address**, and the API key from the previous step, then click **Connect**.

3. Once the integration with Nicereply succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn't complete successfully, first try the steps in [Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations](/en/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble).
