# noCRM.io

> How to integrate noCRM.io with Admina using an API key. Admina retrieves data such as user names, email addresses, and roles and supports account creation and deactivation.

## Prerequisites

### Getting your API key

1. After logging in to noCRM.io, click your avatar in the upper-right corner and select **Admin panel**.

2. Under **Integrations**, click **API Keys** in **API & automations**.

3. Click **Create an API key**.

4. Enter any name and description for the API key, and click **Save**.

5. Click **Copy** to the right of the API key that appears to copy it, and save it. The API key is shown only on this screen, so be sure to save it now.

### Finding your workspace key

The subdomain in the URL after you log in to noCRM.io (`https://<subdomain>.nocrm.io`) is your workspace key. Note it down, because you use it to set up the integration.

## Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for **noCRM.io**.

2. Enter the subdomain you found in the previous step into **Workspace key**. Enter the API key you copied into **API key**, and click **Connect**. **Workspace name** is optional.

3. Once the integration with noCRM.io succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn't complete successfully, first try the steps in [Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors](/en/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble). > [!NOTE]
>
> * Enter the subdomain of the account where you created the API key into **Workspace key**. A subdomain of a different account doesn't work.
