# Freshservice

> Instructions for integrating with Freshservice.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to Freshservice

Go to the [Freshservice login page](https://freshservice.com/login), enter your Freshservice domain name, and log in.

### How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Freshservice, click your **profile picture** in the upper right corner and navigate to the **Profile Settings** page.

**Part of the URL is your workspace key**. Save it for later.

`https://{workspace-key}.freshservice.com/profiles/.../edit`

### How to Obtain the Access Key

The **API key** is displayed on the right side of the **Profile Settings** page.

The **API key** serves as your **access key**. Save it for later.

## Integration Setup

Search for **Freshservice** in the MoneyForward Admina integration screen.

Enter any string for the **workspace name** (e.g., your company name), along with the **workspace key** and **access key** obtained in the previous steps, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with Freshservice is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click **Edit**, and try connecting again.
