## Prerequisites

### Getting your API token

1. Log in to the Sanity management console and open the project to integrate. In the left-side menu, open **API** and select **Tokens**.

2. Click **Add API token** in the upper-right corner.

3. Enter a name that shows the token is used for Admina in **Name**. Under **Permissions**, select the token's role for **Access level**, and click **Add token**. The screenshot shows **Developer** selected. To use user removal, see the note below.

4. Click the copy icon to the right of the issued token to copy it, then save it. The token is shown only on this screen, so make sure to save it now.

> [!NOTE]
>
> * **Administrator** is the only default role that can remove members. See Sanity's [Roles and permissions (external site)](https://www.sanity.io/docs/content-lake/roles-concepts). The **Developer** role can invite, read, and update members, but can't remove them. Removing users from Admina requires permissions equivalent to **Administrator**.
> * The token needs permission to read the project's members.
> * You can't select the **Administrator** role when inviting from Admina.

## Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for **Sanity**.

2. Enter the Sanity project ID (letters and digits) in **Workspace key** and the token in **API key**. Then click **Connect**.

3. Once the integration with Sanity succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn't complete successfully, first try the steps in [Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors](https://support.i.moneyforward.com/en/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble.md). If that doesn't resolve it, check [Information to provide](https://support.i.moneyforward.com/en/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble.md#info-to-provide) and contact [support](https://support.i.moneyforward.com/en/contact-support.md).
