# desknet's NEO

> Confirm the Base URL and username for desknet's NEO, then easily set up the integration in Admina.

## Prerequisites

### How to Find the Base URL

On the **desknet's NEO login page**, check the **URL**.

The **Base URL** is the URL with `/dneo.cgi` removed from the end.

(Example: [https://dn08610.dncloudtrial.com/cgi-bin/j1ql56/dneo](https://dn08610.dncloudtrial.com/cgi-bin/j1ql56/dneo))

### How to Find the Username

The **Login ID** is your **username**.

## Integration Setup

1. In the Admina integrations screen, search for **desknet's NEO**.

2. Enter the **Base URL** and **username** confirmed in the previous steps, then click **Connect**.

   The workspace name and password fields are optional.

3. Once the integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

   If the process did not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click **Edit**, and try connecting again.
