# Freshchat

> How to integrate with Freshchat. This section describes a series of steps from administrator login to Freshchat from Admina by Money Forward to the integration method.

## Advance Preparation

### How to Login to Freshchat

From the [Freshchat login page](https://www.freshworks.com/live-chat-software/login/), enter your domain name and log in.

### How to get an Access Key

The **API token is the access key**. Issue an **API token** by referring to the following support page.

## Integration Setup

Search for **Freshchat** on the integration screen of Admina by Money Forward.

Enter a **workspace name** of any string (e.g., company name) and an **access key**, then click **Link**.

If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list.

If it does not complete normally, **edit** it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again.
