# 2023/5/31 Release

> External shared content management and SaaS contract management have been enhanced, with the addition of file owner display and contract manager information. Several SaaS integrations have been updated to API-based connections.

**【Improvement】Feature Enhancements**

## \[External Shared Content Management Enhancement]: File Owner Column Added

The owner of retrieved files is now shown as a column, making it easy to identify file owners at a glance.

## \[Contract Management]: Manager Information and Notes Field Added

You can now specify a manager for registered SaaS contract information. A notes field has also been added.

The following SaaS services have been updated to use API-based integration.
