# 2024/9/16 Release - Admina Directory -
> Admina Directory, the directory feature designed for IT administrators, has been officially released and is now available to all customers.
## Directory for IT Administrators — Admina Directory
We have officially released the feature that was previously available to interested customers as a beta. All customers can now use Admina Directory.
### Features
#### 1. Consolidate employee data essential for IT management
Only the information needed by IT administrators is synced. Highly confidential data handled by HR, such as gender, address, and salary information, is not aggregated. You can also configure multiple domains for automatic internal ID detection. This is useful for companies that manage multiple domains, such as group companies.
#### 2. Highly flexible custom fields
If you manage HR records across multiple spreadsheet files, you can carry over your existing management fields. These fields transfer directly into Admina Directory. You can also sort display items and add custom fields from the management screen.
#### 3. Automatically detect unregistered IDs to prevent management gaps
Through the integration with each SaaS, we detect internal IDs that do not exist in the HR employee database. These are registered as an "unregistered ID". You can then edit the contract type, employment status, and other details to add it as an internal ID. This ensures that employee information for part-time and contracted workers is also managed without any gaps.
### Additional Notes
* Currently, both the Account and Directory menus are running in parallel. We plan to consolidate everything into the Directory in the future.
* There may be differences between the user types in the Account menu and those in the Directory. This is due to differences in the detection logic. Please treat the Directory's user types as the authoritative source.
