# コラボフロー

> コラボフローとの連携方法です。コラボフローへの、管理者のログインから、連携方法まで一連の手順を解説します。

## 事前準備

### コラボフローへのログイン方法

コラボフローログインページにて、システム管理者のユーザーIDとパスワードを入力し、ログインします。

### 組織IDの取得方法

コラボフローへログイン後、**URLの一部が組織ID**となるので保存します。

### ワークスペースキーの取得方法

1. 画面右上の**設定⚙からシステム管理エリア＞環境設定**と進みます。

2. 環境設定ページを下へスクロールすると**REST API**の項目があります。

   作成済みAPIを利用する場合は、表示の**APIキー**を保存します。

   新規作成する場合は、**クライアント名には任意の名称（会社名など）**を入力、**HTTPヘッダー認証**を選択し、**＋APIキーを発行する**をクリックすると**クライアント一覧**に追加されます。**APIキーがワークスペースキー**となるので保存します。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**コラボフロー**で検索します。

2. **ワークスペース名には任意の名称（会社名など）**、前の手順で取得した**組織IDとワークスペースキー、システム管理者のユーザーID**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

3. コラボフローとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
