# OpsRamp

> OpsRampとの連携の手順です。

## 事前準備

### OpsRampへのログイン方法

OpsRampログインページにて、User NameとPasswordを入力し、ログインします。

### Base URLの取得

OpsRampログイン後、**Setup ＞ Account** と進みます。

`APIエンドポイント`の値をコピーして保存しておきます。

### ワークスペースキー、クライアントID、クライアントシークレットの取得

1. OpsRampログイン後、**Setup ＞ Account >** と進みます（上記画面と同じ）。「**インテグレーションとアプリ**」をクリックします。

2. Customの**ADD**をクリックします。

3. **Install**をクリックします。

4. Nameに任意の名称を入力し、**Install**をクリックします。

5. **保存**をクリックします。

6. Key pairが発行されます。`Tenant Id` /`Key` /`Secret`/ をそれぞれコピー・保存します。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**OpsRamp**で検索します。

2. 下記内容をそれぞれ入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

   * Base URL：　`https://APIエンドポイント`
   * ワークスペースキー：`Tenant Id`
   * クライアントID：`Key`
   * クライアントシークレット：`Secret`

3. OpsRampとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
