# DirectCloud

> DirectCloudとの連携方法です。

## 事前準備

### DirectCloudへのログイン方法

[DirectCloudログインページ](https://boxmanager.directcloud.jp/auth/login)にて、会社IDと管理者権限のユーザーID・パスワードを入力しログインします。

### クライアントIDとクライアントシークレットの取得方法

1. DirectCloudにログイン後、左メニューから**共有＞カスタム設定**と進みます。

2. カスタム設定ページ内に、**DirectCloud API**という項目があります。DirectCloud APIを\*\*`使用する`**にし、**APIキーのタイプ：管理者**に表示されている**ServiceとService Key\*\*を保存します。これが、**クライアントIDとクライアントシークレット**となります。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**DirectCloud**で検索します。

2. 下記の通り、事前準備で取得した内容を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

   | 項目               | 値                            |
   | ---------------- | ---------------------------- |
   | **クライアントID**     | Service                      |
   | **クライアントシークレット** | Service Key                  |
   | **ワークスペースキー**    | 会社ID                         |
   | **ユーザー名**        | ユーザーID（管理者権限）                |
   | **パスワード**        | DirectCloudログイン用パスワード（管理者権限） |

3. DirectCloudとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
