# Redis Cloud

> Redis Cloud との連携手順です。ワークスペースキーと API キーを入力して連携を設定します。

## 事前準備

### ログイン方法

[Redis Cloud ログインページ](https://cloud.redis.io/#/)にて、**メールアドレス**・**パスワード**を入力しログインします。

### ワークスペースキーの確認方法

**Access Management**/**API Keys** ページへ移動します。

表示されている **API account key**が**ワークスペースキー**です。

### API キーの確認方法

1. **Access Management**/**API Keys**ページで、右上の\*\*「＋」ボタン\*\*をクリックし、新しい **API user key** を作成します。

2. 作成後に表示される **API user key** をコピーします。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**Redis Cloud** で検索します。

2. 前の手順で取得した **ワークスペースキー**、**API キー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

3. 連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
