# OpenAI Platform

> OpenAI Platformとの連携の手順です。

## 事前準備

### OpenAI へのログイン

[OpenAIにログイン](https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/admin-keys)し、**メールアドレス・パスワード**を入力し、**API**にログインします。

  連携はOpenAI Platformとの連携手順で、ChatGPT（チームプラン）とは別になります。
  ChatGPTにログインするとAPIが表示されないのでご注意ください。

### API キーの取得方法

1. OpenAIのAPIにログイン後 `Default project` を選択します。右上の⚙️ (**Settings**) > **Admin** **API keys**に移動し、**＋Create new admin key** をクリックします。直接アクセスする場合のURL：[https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/admin-keys](https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/admin-keys)

2. Nameには任意の名称「当サービス」等を入力して作成してください。

3. **Secret keyが生成され、これがAPIキー**となるのでコピー・保存します。**Secret keyは再表示されません**ので、ご注意ください。APIキーは`sk-admin-`から始まります。

### ワークスペースキーの取得方法

サイドメニューの**SettingsからOrganization**へ移動すると、**Organization ID** が表示されています。

**Organization ID がワークスペースキー**となるので、コピー・保存します。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**OpenAI Platform**で検索します。

2. 前の手順で取得した**ワークスペースキーとAPIキー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。ワークスペース名は任意入力となります。

3. **OpenAI Platform**との連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
