# noCRM.io

> noCRM.ioとAdminaをAPIキーで連携する手順です。ユーザー名・メールアドレス・ロールなどを取得し、Adminaからサービスアカウントの作成・無効化ができます。

## 事前準備

### APIキーの取得方法

1. noCRM.ioにログイン後、画面右上のアバターをクリックし、**Admin panel**（管理パネル）を選択します。

2. **Integrations**（インテグレーション）の**API & automations**（APIと自動化）にある**API Keys**（APIキー）をクリックします。

3. **Create an API key**（APIキーを作成）をクリックします。

4. APIキーの名前と説明に任意の文字列を入力し、**Save**（保存）をクリックします。

5. 表示されたAPIキーの右側にある**Copy**（コピー）をクリックしてコピーし、保存します。APIキーはこの画面でのみ表示されるため、必ずこの時点で保存してください。

### ワークスペースキーの確認方法

noCRM.ioにログイン後のURL（`https://<サブドメイン>.nocrm.io`）に含まれるサブドメインが、ワークスペースキーになります。インテグレーションのセットアップで使うため、控えておきます。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて**noCRM.io**を検索します。

2. **ワークスペースキー**に前の手順で確認したサブドメイン、**APIキー**に前の手順でコピーしたAPIキーを入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。**ワークスペース名**は任意入力です。

3. noCRM.ioとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaS連携エラーの対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。

> * **ワークスペースキー**には、入力したAPIキーを作成したアカウントのサブドメインを入力してください。ほかのアカウントのサブドメインでは連携できません。
