# desknet's NEO

> desknet's NEOのBase URLとユーザー名を確認し、簡単に連携設定します

## 事前準備

### Base URLの確認方法

**desknet's NEOログインページ**にて、**URL**を確認します。

URLから`/dneo.cgi` を除いた部分が**Base URL**です。

（例：[https://dn08610.dncloudtrial.com/cgi-bin/j1ql56/dneo](https://dn08610.dncloudtrial.com/cgi-bin/j1ql56/dneo)）

### ユーザー名の確認方法

**ログインID**が**ユーザー名**です。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**desknet's NEO**で検索します。

2. 前の手順で確認した**Base URL**、**ユーザー名**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

   ワークスペース名、パスワードの入力は任意です。

3. 連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
