# xMatters

> xMattersとの連携方法です。APIキーの取得から、連携方法まで一連の手順を解説します。

## 事前準備

### ワークスペースキーの確認方法

xMattersにログイン後のURLに含まれるサブドメインがワークスペースキーになるので、保存します。

### APIキーの取得方法

1. 自分のプロフィール画面で**More Actions**（その他の操作）をクリックし、**Manage API Keys**（APIキーの管理）を選択します。

2. **Create API Key Credential**（APIキー認証情報を作成）をクリックします。

3. **Name**（名前）に任意の名称を入力し、**Create**（作成）をクリックします。

4. 表示された**API Key**（APIキー）と**Secret**（シークレット）をコピーして保存します。**Secret**はこの画面でのみ表示されるため、必ずこの時点で保存してください。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて**xMatters**を検索します。

2. 前の手順で取得した**ワークスペースキー**・**APIキー**・**APIシークレットキー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

3. xMattersとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
