# Freshchat

> Freshchatとの連携の手順です。マネーフォワードAdminaから Freshchatへの、管理者のログインから、連携方法まで一連の手順を解説します。

## 事前準備

### Freshchatへのログイン方法

[Freshchatログインページ](https://www.freshworks.com/jp/live-chat-software/login/)より、ドメイン名を入力し、ログインします。

### アクセスキーの取得方法

**APIトークンがアクセスキー**となります。以下のサポートページを参考に**APIトークン**を発行します。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

インテグレーション画面にて、**Freshchat**で検索します。

**ワークスペース名は任意の文字列（会社名など）**、**アクセスキー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

Freshchatとの連携に成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。

正常に完了しない場合は、インテグレーション画面のステータスタブから**編集**し、再度連携をお試しください。
