# My Redmine

## 事前準備

### My Redmineへのログイン方法

My Redmineログインページにて、ログインIDとパスワードを入力しログインしましす。

### Base URIの確認方法

ログインURLの一部がBase URIです。

ログインURL＝ `{Base URI}` /login

例：ログインURLが[https://お客様識別子.cloudmine.jp/redmin/loginの場合、](https://お客様識別子.cloudmine.jp/redmin/loginの場合、)

`https://お客様識別子.cloudmine.jp/redmine` をコピーします。

### アクセスキーの確認方法

My Redmineにログイン後、右上の**個人設定**をクリックします。個人設定ページ**右のグレーのタブ**を引き出し

**APIアクセスキーの表示**をクリック、表示されたキーを保存します。これが**アクセスキー**となります。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

1. インテグレーション画面にて、**My Redmine**で検索します。

2. 前の手順で確認した**Base URIとアクセスキー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

3. My Redmineとの連携が成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。正常に完了しない場合は、まず [SaaSとの連携に失敗する場合の対処法](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble) に記載のステップをお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、[ご提供いただきたい情報](/it-management/saas-management/93nahw45is-trouble#info-to-provide) をご確認のうえ、[サポート窓口](/contact-support)までお問い合わせください。
