This update makes it easier to properly classify shared email addresses and identify records linked to the employee master. We hope these improvements help with your regular data maintenance.

New Features

Internal IDs Can Now Be Changed to System IDs

Items previously classified as “Internal IDs” can now be reclassified to the more appropriate label of “System ID.” You can also revert the change if needed. Benefits: By applying appropriate labels to managed items, data consistency is improved and administrative tasks become smoother.
  • System IDs that have been automatically classified cannot be changed back to Internal IDs.
A new search key has been added to the directory search function, allowing you to filter records based on whether they are linked to the employee master. Benefits: “Data requiring review” that was previously difficult to identify is now visible, reducing the burden of regular maintenance. We hope this helps improve your data quality.
