Ask Questions Directly from Slack Connect Channels

Companies that receive support via Slack Connect can now ask AI Support directly from their Connect channel. Whenever you have a question about how to use it during your day-to-day work, you can get an answer in Slack. There’s no need to switch context or wait for a response from the support team. Maybe you want to know how a certain feature works. Or maybe you recall seeing something about it in the help docs. Either way, feel free to ask us anytime.

How to Use

Simply mention @Admina Support in your Slack workspace with your question, and you’re good to go. If you’d like to speak with a human support agent or stop the AI from responding, just say so in the chat. Type “Connect me with a support agent” to do this.
