Integration connects this service with the SaaS applications your organization uses. This gives you unified visibility into account information and usage. You can then use that data across other IT Management features. Examples include shadow IT detection, cost management, and account cleanup for departed employees.

Basic connection flow

Most services can be connected using the following flow.
  1. Search for the service you want to connect on the integration screen.
  2. Enter the information required by the service, such as an API key or login credentials.
  3. Click Connect.
For the specific steps for each service, select it from the integration guide list below.
For details on connection methods (OAuth, API key, ID/password, etc.), see 3-1. Checking SaaS Connection Patterns (Integration Methods). If a service is not supported for direct integration, you can still connect it manually as a custom app. See Connecting SaaS to Manage for details.
