Admina AI Helpdesk is now available to all users. Employees can submit requests through Slack, Teams, or LINE WORKS without adopting a new tool. The AI agent creates tickets, delivers a first response, and escalates to a staff member when needed. Admina MCP server integration lets the agent reference IT asset data.
