AI Helpdesk manages services at the organization (tenant) level. To get started, create an organization and sign in with your Money Forward ID (MFID).

Prerequisites

  • You must have a Money Forward ID (MFID) account.
  • You must perform this setup as an organization administrator (Admin).

Create an organization

Access AI Helpdesk

Open the AI Helpdesk login page and click Sign in with MF ID. You will be redirected to the MFID authentication screen.

Go to the organization creation screen

After your first login, the organization list screen is displayed. If no organization exists yet, go to the organization creation screen.Organization list screen

Enter organization details

Fill in the following fields.

Display nameThe name shown in the UI (e.g., Acme Corp IT Department)
URL slugA unique identifier used in URLs. Lowercase alphanumeric characters and - only (e.g., acme-it)
The URL slug is used as the organization identifier in URLs. It cannot be changed after creation, so choose carefully.
The URL slug only allows lowercase letters, numbers, and -. Underscores and uppercase letters are not permitted.
Check the Terms of Service checkbox and click Create organization.

Continue to the onboarding screen

After the organization is created, you are automatically taken to the onboarding screen. The next step is to connect a messaging tool such as Slack.
Messaging tool connections can also be configured later from Settings > Integrations. You can skip this step and set it up later.

Joining multiple organizations

A single MFID account can belong to multiple organizations. After login, select the organization you want to switch to from the organization list. If you belong to only one organization, you are automatically taken to that organization’s dashboard after login.

Roles

The organization creator is automatically assigned the Admin role.

Troubleshooting

Cannot sign in with MFID Confirm that your MFID account is active. If there is a problem with your account, contact your organization’s MFID administrator. “URL slug is already taken” error The slug you entered is already in use by another organization. Choose a different string.
