User names are displayed based on the following retrieval criteria.

The display name configured in each service (SaaS) is used.

Accounts Registered in the Employee Master

  • When the “Data Source” field appears in “Directory Settings”
You can configure whether to use the HRM or this service as the display name source for the employee master.
  • When the “Data Source” field does not appear in “Directory Settings”
The display name registered in the employee master takes priority. For screen details, see Directory — Customize Management Fields.

Accounts Not Registered in the Employee Master / No Employee Master Configured

For accounts that do not exist in the employee master, the account name registered first is displayed. Example: Guest users (external accounts)
