User names are displayed based on the following retrieval criteria.
Services Screen
The display name configured in each service (SaaS) is used.
Directory Screen
Accounts Registered in the Employee Master
- When the “Data Source” field appears in “Directory Settings”
You can configure whether to use the HRM or this service as the display name source for the employee master.
- When the “Data Source” field does not appear in “Directory Settings”
The display name registered in the employee master takes priority.

For accounts that do not exist in the employee master, the account name registered first is displayed.
