Overview

This feature resolves ID management issues in the directory. If you want to manage an employee master sync target manually, set it to UnLink. Use UnLink when the status or other user information in the directory is updated unintentionally after a sync. Example: an ID marked “On leave” in Entra ID or Google Workspace is unintentionally synced back to “Active”.
  1. Click [UnLink] in the upper-right corner of the Directory > User information page. UnLink button
  2. The “Unlink ID” dialog appears. Review the contents and click [Unlink]. Unlink ID dialog
  3. In Directory information > User information, configure the following settings and click [Apply].
    • Status — set the correct status.
    • Leave period — set the start and end dates.
  4. After the employee master sync, confirm that UnLink is active. If the [ID history] shows “Synchronization”, the account is still being synced. Review the settings in step 3.
To switch an account from UnLink back to automatic maintenance via the employee master sync, set it to Link.
  1. Click [Link] in the upper-right corner of the Directory > User information page. Link button
  2. The “Link ID with data source” dialog appears. Review the contents and click [Link]. Link ID with data source dialog
  3. After the employee master sync, confirm that Link is active. If the [ID history] shows “Synchronization”, the account is synced.
