SaaS status: The target SaaS must already be connected. The connection must use administrator credentials (including API permissions) that allow account creation and deletion.
This guide explains how to configure a workflow to automatically create Google Workspace accounts. With this setup, you can automate routine tasks such as provisioning accounts on an employee’s start date. ※ Services that require creating an additional email address, such as Microsoft 365, follow the same steps.

Prerequisites

Confirm the following settings are complete before creating a workflow.
This service performs operations on behalf of the “Super Admin” account connected to Google Workspace.Because accounts outside the connected workspace cannot be created, you must connect each workspace individually.

Workflow Configuration

Go to Automation > [Create Automation] and create a Google Workspace “provision” workflow. See the related page for details. 3-1. Configure a Workflow for Employee Onboarding Also refer to the following page for an overview of how automation runs. 5. How Automation Runs

Notes

  • Domain mismatch The directory email address domain must match the domain configured in the prerequisites. Otherwise, an error occurs.
  • License count If the Google Workspace license limit has been reached, account creation will fail. Check the available license count in advance.
