Admina Extension is a browser extension for Chrome or Edge. It sends SaaS usage data from employee browsers to Admina. This lets you track last-used dates and activity for services that do not expose them through an API.
What Admina Extension does
After you install Admina Extension, it monitors the URLs and domains you access in the browser. It then sends the resulting SaaS usage data to Admina.
This helps you detect inactive accounts. It also helps you review usage for services that are difficult to track through API integrations alone.
The extension can detect SaaS applications registered in the Admina database (currently over 190,000 SaaS tools). Detected services appear under Integrations > Shadow IT and in the Event Log.
If your environment routes internet traffic through a proxy, the extension automatically uses that proxy as long as it is configured at the browser or OS level. No additional configuration is needed. You cannot specify a proxy that is separate from the OS or browser proxy settings.
