How to Log in to Zendesk
Go to the Zendesk login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Obtain Your Workspace Key
After logging in to Zendesk, part of the URL displayed is your workspace key. Save it for later.https://{workspace-key}.zendesk.com/agent/dashboard
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Zendesk.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step and click Connect.
- Once the integration with Zendesk is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
