How to Log in to Zendesk

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

Integration Setup

On the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for Zendesk. Zendesk search Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step and click Connect. Integration screen Once the integration with Zendesk is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
