Integration is not available with personal accounts. You need a GitHub account that belongs to an organization with a Team Members menu.

How to Log In to Zenhub

On the Zenhub login page, select GitHub and enter your GitHub username or email address and password to log in.
Google, SSO, and other external authentication accounts cannot be used for integration. For details, see [Restrictions] Integration Failure with Google Authentication, SSO, or Other External Authentication Accounts.

How to Get the Workspace Key

After logging in to Zenhub, go to the organization management screen from Manage Organization in the bottom left. Manage Organization screen The following part of the URL is the workspace key — save it. Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for Zenhub. Zenhub search screen Enter the Workspace Key obtained in the previous step along with your GitHub email address and password, then click Connect. Zenhub integration settings screen Once the integration with Zenhub is successful, registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, click Edit in the Status tab of the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat. Manual Account Matching When Email Address Cannot Be Retrieved

This service is a SaaS where email addresses cannot be retrieved, so the user type will be identified as “Unknown.” If necessary, manually link (match/merge) accounts with other accounts.
