Prerequisites
How to Log In
Go to the Zoho Shifts login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Find Your Organization ID
After logging in to Zoho Shifts, check the URL. Part of the URL is your organization ID.
Register an OAuth App

Log in to
https://api-console.zoho.com/.

Click ADD CLIENT > Server-Based Applications.

Enter the required information and click CREATE.

Go to Settings and check Use the same Oauth credentials for all data centers.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Zoho Shifts.

Enter any workspace name and the organization ID confirmed in the previous step, then click Connect.
- Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
