How to Log In to Wistia

Go to the Wistia login page and log in using your preferred login method or with your email address and password. Wistia login screen

How to Obtain Your Access Key

  1. After logging in to Wistia, click Account > Settings in the top right corner to go to the Settings page. Wistia Settings menu
  2. Click API Access from the left menu. The Password of the Master Token will be displayed. The Password is your access key. Copy it and keep it safe. Wistia API Access screen

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for Wistia.
  2. Enter the access key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect. Wistia integration settings
  3. Once the integration with Wistia is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
