Prerequisites

Integration requires the email address and password of an account with Admin privileges.

How to Log in to YouCanBook.me

Go to the YouCanBook.me login page and log in using your preferred login method or by entering your email address and password.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see [Restrictions] Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for YouCanBook.me. Searching on the integration screen Enter the required information and click Connect.
  • Workspace Name: Any string (e.g., company name)
  • Email Address: Account with Admin privileges
  • Password: Password for the account with Admin privileges
Integration settings screen Once the integration with YouCanBook.me is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
