How to get an API key

  3. On the API management page, click Create API key in the top-right corner. API management page header with the Create API key button
  4. In the Generate API key dialog, set Targeted API to Global and Permissions to Read and write, then click Create API key. Generate API key dialog with Targeted API set to Global and Permissions set to Read and write
  5. Copy the API key shown. It is displayed only once and cannot be retrieved again, so store it somewhere safe. Dialog showing the generated API key, with the key field highlighted by a red box

Setting up the integration

  1. On the integration screen, search for Workleap.
  2. On the screen that appears, enter the API key you obtained in the previous step, then click Connect. A Workspace name is optional. Workleap integration setup screen with fields for an optional workspace name and the API key, and a Connect button
  3. Once the integration with Workleap succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
