Prerequisites
How to get an API key

After logging in to Workleap, click the settings icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Under INTEGRATIONS in the left menu, select API.

On the API management page, click Create API key in the top-right corner.

In the Generate API key dialog, set Targeted API to Global and Permissions to Read and write, then click Create API key.

Copy the API key shown. It is displayed only once and cannot be retrieved again, so store it somewhere safe.
Setting up the integration
- On the integration screen, search for Workleap.

On the screen that appears, enter the API key you obtained in the previous step, then click Connect. A Workspace name is optional.
- Once the integration with Workleap succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
