How to Log In to Wix

Go to the Wix login page, enter your email address and password, and log in. Wix login screen

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Wix, click the account icon in the upper right corner, then go to Account Settings > API Keys. Your Account ID is displayed there. Copy and save it — this is your workspace key. Workspace key screen

How to Obtain the API Key

  1. On the API Keys page, click + Generate API Key. Enter the following details: API key permissions screen Key Details
    • Name: Enter any name (e.g., purpose or usage)
    Permissions: Click Show All to select individual permissions.
    • Basic permissions: Check Get Site List
    • All Sites permissions: Check Manage Site Members
  2. Click Generate Key. The following screen appears — click Send Code. Send code screen
  3. Enter the code received by email, then click Verify and Generate Key. The API key will be displayed — save it. API key display screen

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for Wix.
  2. Enter any workspace name, along with the workspace key and API key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Wix integration settings screen
  3. Once the integration with Wix is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
