Prerequisites
How to Log In to WithSecure
Go to the WithSecure login page and enter your email address and password to log in.Google, SSO, or other external authentication accounts cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration failure with Google authentication or SSO external authentication accounts.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for WithSecure.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to integrate with WithSecure.
Please perform 2FA by uploading a QR code or entering a secret key.
When using a QR code for 2FA, please convert the file extension to “.png” before uploading.

After confirming that 2FA is complete on the WithSecure side. Enter your WithSecure login email address and password, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with WithSecure is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen, then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
