How to Log In to Soracom
Go to the Soracom login page and sign in with your email address and password.
How to Obtain Your Token ID and Token Secret

After logging in to Soracom, go to the account icon menu in the upper right corner of the Dashboard. Navigate to Security > Authentication Keys.

Click Generate Authentication Key.

Your authentication key and authentication key secret will be displayed. These serve as your Token ID and Token Secret — copy and save them.
Note that the authentication key secret cannot be displayed again after this point.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for Soracom.

Enter any name for the workspace name (such as a department name or purpose). Then enter the Token ID and Token Secret obtained in the previous step, and click Connect.
- Once the integration with Soracom is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
