How to Log In
Go to the login page, enter your email address and password, and log in.
How to Find the Base URL
Part of the URL is your Base URL. Example:https://{your-domain}.testrail.io
How to Obtain an API Key

To obtain an API key, click ITMC Dev > My Settings in the upper right of the page.

Create a key under API KEYS and click Save Configuration.
Integration Setup
- On the integrations screen, search for TestRail.

Enter the Base URL, API key, and email address obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
- Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
