Integration Specifications
How to Log In to Rakuraku Jidootai
Go to the Rakuraku Jidootai login page and log in with your email address and password.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, please see Cannot connect with an external authentication account (Google, SSO).
Prerequisites
Obtaining Your Workspace Key
Part of the URL serves as your workspace key. Retrieve it as follows: https://{workspace-key}.maildealer.jp/
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for Mail Dealer. The screen still shows the service under its previous name, Mail Dealer.

Enter the workspace key you obtained, along with the email address and password used to log in to Rakuraku Jidootai. Then click Connect.
- When the integration with Rakuraku Jidootai succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
