How to Log In to Quantive

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

API Token issuance is available on the Enterprise plan only.
After logging in to Quantive, navigate to Settings > INTEGRATIONS > API Tokens. On the API Tokens page, the Account ID serves as your workspace key — copy and save it. The API Token serves as your access key — click Issue token to generate one. For details on generating a token, see this article. Quantive API Tokens page

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Search for Quantive in the integration screen.
  2. Enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. The workspace name is optional. The Region field is optional. Check your Account Domain and enter us, as, sa, or leave it blank.

  3. Once the integration with Quantive is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab in the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
