How to Log In to Productboard

Go to the Productboard login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see [Restriction] Integration failure with Google authentication or SSO external authentication accounts.

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Productboard, part of the URL is your workspace key. Save it for later. https://{workspace-key}.productboard.com/…/ Workspace key example

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for Productboard. Productboard search Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step, your login email address, and password, then click Connect. Integration information input Once the integration with Productboard is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
