How to log in to SecureNavi
On the SecureNavi login page, enter your login ID and password to log in.
How to get the workspace key
After logging in to SecureNavi, part of the start page URL will be the workspace key. https://{workspace key}.app.secure-navi.jp/
Integration setup
- Search for SecureNavi on the integrations screen.

Enter the workspace key and the email address and password for SecureNavi login, then click Link.
- If the link with SecureNavi is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, please edit from the status tab of the integration screen and try linking again. If you cannot resolve the issue, please contact us via chat.
