How to Log In to Reftab

Go to the Reftab login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Reftab login screen

How to Obtain the Public Key and Secret Key

  1. After logging in to Reftab, click Settings in the upper right of the Dashboard screen. Settings on the Dashboard screen
  2. From the Settings screen sidebar, click API Keys, then click Create API Key. API Keys screen
  3. The new API Key will be displayed. The Public Key is your public key and the Secret Key is your private key — copy and save them.
    The Secret Key will not be shown again, so be sure to save it.

Integration Setup

  1. In the integrations screen, search for Reftab.
  2. Enter any workspace name (department name, purpose, etc.). Also enter the public key and secret key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Reftab integration settings screen
  3. When the Reftab integration succeeds, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
