How to Log In to smartround
Go to the smartround login page, enter your email address and password, and log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration failure with external authentication accounts such as Google or SSO.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for smartround.

Enter your smartround login email address and password, then click Connect.
If you use two-factor authentication, refer to the help guide before connecting. See Integration steps when 2FA (two-factor authentication) is enabled for details.
- Once the integration with smartround is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
